Standing Committee on Research Exchange exists in IFMSA Serbia since it's beginning. It's task is providing exchange places for foreign and our students who are involved in work on some scientific project. Respectable number of students visits foreign countries every year. SCORE makes possible for them to learn something new, build important conntacts that will help them in future work, and have fun too.
The aim of this committee is to organise research exchange program in University Centres of Serbia. Right now, there are two University Centres in which Research Exchange exists. They are University of Belgrade and University of Novi Sad. We are hoping that, during this year, University of Nis will also take part in Elective Exchange programmes. The types of Electives available are various. There are preclinical, but also a large number of clinical projects, but all of that you can see in our booklet.
The other thing that we are working on, besides scientific part, is finding board and logging for our guests and also organising always attractive social programmes in order to help foreign students to get to know our country and our people. We always organise, together with SCOPE, sightseeing tours, excursions, various games, parties, to encourage people, both hosts and guests, to get to know each other. Many times, out of those contacts, some everlasting friendships were made...
